Custer's Last Stand

No one thought that Native Americans could band together in such numbers that they could defeat the US Army in this way.


One of Custer's biggest concerns was that the enemy would get away


When troops attacked a village, the usual Indian tactic was to scatter.


This time the Braves gathered together and fought while the women and children struck camp.
