He saved the life of his wounded camrade.
The ruby puma is a rare but dangerous animal.
The nurse checks this soldier, but as his face down posture indicates, he is dead.
The second nurse knees beside another face down dead soldier.

'Ruby pumas' - extra dangerous because often mistaken - as I did - for the relatively harmless 'pink panther'. I say 'relatively', because all the 'crimson cat' species are dangerous to meet in the wild. Even the domesticated 'magenta moggy' is as likely as not to go feral, which is bad news for any dogs in the neighbourhood...
Sorry about that. I'll be watching avidly the further progress of this patrol!
