Roco 88mm

Towards the end of their run, Roco Minitanks was starting to get a few things right.

This is number 740 the famous German 88mm anti-aircraft gun.

I can't believe it took Roco about 50 years to do this gun.

So far I only have one, but I hope to pick up a few more here and there.

It goes together nicely and they trailers are well done.

Nice wire spools on the top of the fenders.

A WWII classic weapon, they served at least until the 1980s with various armies including the North Vietnamese Army.
 

Backhoe

Matchbox back hoe and scooper.

The back hoe is part of the base and does not move.

I got a bunch of them because I think I will repaint them for highway department and for military use.

It's a very nice model and at a buck each I picked up several.

I am very pleased and got a bunch of them.

I suspect some of them will be stripped and repainted.

Food Truck

Matchbox Chow Mobile.

This is a great vehicle.

It's a good size for HO scale I think.

The front looks a bit Mad Max.

But the food service side is awesome and should paint up well.
