Red over Blue

This is a jet powered hovercraft.

It seems to have a small cabin.

But large engines.

So it likely only carries a few people, maybe four or perhaps six.

It is probably very fast, perfect to shuttle people out to the main submarine from shore and back again.

Flat underside with wheels.
