Carts like this are used in all sorts of campus settings.  Being electric there is no fuel to mess with, just plug them in.  They are very quiet and don't go really fast so they are pretty safe.

You can find them at schools, amusement parks, factories, and other large commercial and industrial plants.

They are easy to drive and require minimal maintenance.
