The town is cut off.
Most of the troops have left, the civilians fleeing with them to the west.
A remnant of troops and vehicles that could not make the trek.
Left behind to buy time for the others.
A rock in a stream, as the Soviet forces will likely just flow around them.
Still they have put up what defenses they can.
And look over the open field towards the dark forest in the distance.
