These figures are nicely detailed, I like the backpacks.
They carry all kinds of interesting but vague equipment.
Geiger counter, solar detector, atmosphere sampler, sample carrying box?
Environmental Control Robot.
Or deadly space alien?
As I was taking these pictures, outside, this deadly menace approached, in perfect 1950's space movie style! It's hard to tell from the photo but he's almost 45 feet long. That's in 1/72nd scale..
