Bugs in War
I my Martian scenarios I combine War of the Worlds and Mars Attacks together.
War of the Worlds has massive war machines.
But no Martian infantry.
Mars Attacks has infantry but not much in heavy weapons.
Mars Attacks also has the bugs.
Here is the full set of Beetles with a 1/72nd scale US Army soldier standing guard.
An impressive collection, less than 50 cents per bug, already painted!

I get rhinoceros beetles around the house that size around this time of year. They're black and can fly...Never thought of using them against my toy soldiers. Maybe plastic ones are safer.
Life imitating art!
