Fletcher Flair 115
This is the Fletcher Flair 115. The US Army looked at getting some in the 1950s. It was a good vehicle, but in the event they only built one. It could drive 68 MPH and swim 2.2 MPH. I am repainting them. They measure out at about 1/48th scale, but they look okay with 1/72nd scale.
I covered the wheels in aluminum foil. The foil will protect the rubber wheels, I did not want to overpaint the wheels. As you can see the plan seemed to work okay.
I got five of them, in my Pentomic Army the Army purchased at least five.
