Tanks
At the start of WWII the Soviet Union had a massive tank inventory.
Tanks require constant adjustment, maintenance, and repair.
Adjustment to make the tracks tighter or looser, so they don't slip off or break.
Maintenance to change the oil, or replace worn out parts. Repair to fix things that get broken.
