It's a Sponge Bob toy for the aquarium.

I got it at WalMart in the fish tank section.

Looks like a great entrance to a mad scientists lair.

Two 1/72nd scale figures guard the entrance to the secret cave headquarters of their master.

Aquarium models have always been an untapped source of scenary. I've always been partial to the ruined Acropoli that you regularly get.
