Spanish Style Building

This Funko Pop building is from the Disney movie Encanto.

I have never seen the movie and don't intend to do so.

It comes with a figure from the movie.

As usual the box is sturdy and easy to open, remove the figure and building and return them without damage to the box.

The legal stuff.

The building is a little small for me, about 1/100 I would guess.  But it is a nice building and of a common type in Southern California.  It will be fine in an HO scale city.

It is a very durable building.

The colors are bright, maybe a dull coat would improve the look.

The package comes with this bit of cardboard as a backdrop.  I think I will use it as a patio for the back yard.

American House

A typical American home.

I added some trees.

And a front walkway.

A street.

 

And a new car.

This rather typical American home can be used all over the country and for at least a hundred years.

Just change the car to a horse and buggy, and make it a cobblestone road and it's 1924.

The Kevin McCallister house from Home Alone.

It is a Funko Pop Town building.

Judging from the size of the door it is just about HO 1/87 scale and would work fine for 15mm.

It is a very typical American home, houses like this are all over the country and could be as much as 100 years old or more, or even brand new.

Funko Pop Town makes 45 buildings, most from movies, or amusement parks.

I have actually been to 5 of them.

They are perfect right out of the box, very durable and no need to assemble or paint them.
 

Mansion

It has a nice railing around the top of the roof.

This side is very plain.

But the front is ornate.

Nice pillars in front too.
 

Funko Disneyland Building

The Haunted Mansion in the plastic box.

It comes with a butler figure.

I don't collect these figures so it will likely go away.

This is an insert from the inside of the box.

Made in Vietnam, not my first choice, but better than Communist China.
 

Haunted Mansion Funko Pop Town

This Funko Pop set is the Haunted Mansion attraction from Disneyland.

I got this from Amazon.

It had a damaged box and a price discount.

They put this big sticker on the bottom of the box.

The top of the box had a big plastic bit cut out of it.  Since I don't actually collect them as such, I just buy them to get the building to use in my Disneyland model or as a general building.
 

Funko Pop Pop Town

Funko Pop makes a line of buildings to go with some of their figures.

Each building comes with a Funko Pop figure.

This is Batman and the building is the Hall of Justice from the Superfriends cartoon series.

I rarely watched the show as a kid and don't really remember any of it except the building.

I got a good deal on eBay and so here it is.
