Halo Vehicle

This is a new version of the Halo vehicle.

I have also seen it in black.

Good vehicle for only a buck.

I use it as a near future military vehicle.

I have one black one someplace, but I have a bunch of green ones.

Not sure what I will use the red one for, maybe security.

It's likely it's too much work to repaint it green.

Here it is with the green version.

The green seems to have a bit more detail painted on, but the cars are the same.

Machine Gun Ops

Modern US Army troops from Zvezda.

Using a Hot Wheels dune buggy for heavy machine gun fire support.

High mobility, great speed, makes up for it's open top and limited armor.

The vehicle has good ground clearance.

The troops join in with their Ma Deuce and M60 machine guns.

Halo Dune Buggy

Hot Wheels are still making Halo vehicles, but this one is repainted in black.

So far I have only found one, but it's pretty cool, and cheap!

I like the machine gun mounted on the back, a real dune buggy look too.

I certainly will be keeping an eye out for more of these.

Bunkers & Bugs

HALO Micro Ops figures and vehicle with the same WWII era German bunkers.

They fit just fine.

The troops go inside the bunker.

They claim to be 15mm but they seem big to me.

Bunkers don't change all that much, and a WWII bunker will work just fine for the future.

The HALO vehicle drives over the terrain.

Them!  Bugs Mr. Rico, millions of them!

This is a HALO alien.

It is riding a small flying vehicle.

This is a pop up remote gun.

It reminds me of the ones from Alien!

These are the HALO items grouped together with a few other accessories.  They include the HALO landing pod.

These troops with the round base are from HALO, the ones in the back are 1/72nd scale.

This little quad runner is great.

I have enjoyed the dune buggy with a machine gun in the back since Hellfighters, with John Wayne in 1968.

They come in the same package, and are a great recon team.

HALO is now available in miniature.

There are several sizes of model, all in a constant scale.

They claim to be 15m but I think they are really about 1/72nd scale, at least the figures are that size.

I got most of the small and medium ones.

There is a lot of play value with these items, they have moving parts and figures.
