The Punisher

  

Hot Wheels car for The Punisher.

An unusual character in that he actually kills, kidnaps, and tortures criminals.

He is a vigilante who uses illegal methods, when necessary, to bring justice to criminals that are often beyond the law.

The skull is a symbol of the Punisher.  I think this may be the best Hot Wheels super hero car.

It really looks like a car the Punisher might drive.

It's a very well done model too.

As a bonus, it's made in Thailand, not a communist country.

Loopster

Hot Wheels Loopster.

It's an amusement park ride car.

I have been considering an amusement park.

The Loopster comes in two versions one has a row of passengers with arms up.

 The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms.  Note the roller coaster car on the right of the photo.

These fit pretty well on railroad track.

It fits tight on the track so they can even go up hill.

Alternate Past

Black Widow car.

I like the red hour glass.

Very cool car too.

I have been buying a few generic futuristic cars also.

They will function in my alternate future, alternate past and probably super hero universes.

Hot Wheels

This is an interesting vehicle.

I know nothing about the character but will likely use the vehicle for other purposes.

This little Batman car looks more like a street racer.

I don't get the excessive ground effects and twin towers in the rear.

Not sure what I will use this for.

But it's too extreme to pass up.

Roller Coaster Car

Hot Wheels has an amusement park ride car.

They have figures in them that are about 1/72nd scale.

At a dollar each they are pretty cheap.

There are at least three variations, figures with arms up and arms down.

The faces are non-existent.

The one on the left is mis-molded.

The most common is arms down.

Each one links together front to rear so you can make your roller coaster as big as you want.  I am considering using Hot Wheels track to make a roller coaster for one of my cities.

Cars of the Future

Many Matchbox and Hot Wheels vehicles are good for near future games.

They often look futuristic.

They often have advanced features.

Clear parts that are usually metal for example.

They work well for military vehicles if repainted.

And they have the advantage of being cheap.

Hot Wheels

Sometimes I use Hot Wheels or Matchbox cars, after a repaint.

Several projects at work at once.  Vehicles get taken apart so the windows don't get spraypainted.

I am also working on primer painting more spacemen.

Usually the wheels need to be painted so the hubs match the body.

These have been primer painted and are now getting a coat of black.

Some of these will be ground support vehicles form my Starship Troopers soldiers.

These vehicles have been getting their primer coat.

Main body.

Chassis.

Inner hull.

It's a lot of work.
