Just Put Some Gears On It

On the old Batman TV show the Dynamic Duo was often captured by the villains and tied to a conveyor belt.  Sometimes the devices had gears on them. 

So I looked in the jewelry and scrapbook department of Hobby Lobby and found these.

The big ones are about 2 inches in diameter.  They are all metal.

These should make good gears for that purposes, but steampunk and simply industrial setting would benefit from these also, I think.
