More Atlantic Maxim Wheel

This poor Dapol civilian figure was cast without legs.
So I took some Atlantic Maxim gun wheel and some Esci hard plastic Maxim gun wheels and made him a wheelchair.
A few bits of scrap plastic filled the other requirements for construction.
Here at The Bunker, no man is left behind.
Perhaps an old veteran of the Great War out for some sunshine.

Airfix MP pays his respects.

I made a battery of four of these 1 inch Maxim guns.
Here are all the Atlantic Maxim gun projects together.

The Heat Ray

Something is coming out of the opening!

A flash of light and people are burned to death!

It sweeps along the crowd as people scream!

The Heat Ray flashes again and again.

People are burned away to nothing!

Some of the crowd manages to fall behind the berm and escape.

Others run from the peril as the Heat Ray seeks new victims.

Tiger I

Of course some people are afraid of the German tanks.  And they peak out of broken windows.

But most of those in this town hope they can still win they war.

They see powerful tanks like these and hope they can turn the tide.

But it's only a drop in the ocean.

It's unlikely to turn the Red tide back.

Tanks and People

Old men and young men unfit for front line service clear the rubble.

The tanks move slowly, don't break a track, or create wear on the transmission.

The mighty 88mm gun is still a potent weapon.

A mother worries about her little girl.

The American bombers did not come today, but the British may come tonight.

Who is the man in the trench coat, is he Gestapo?
