Formula 1 Two

This time in orange.

Same car as yesterday, but a different color.

The box comes inside the plastic package and so is a nice nod to the collectors market, I think.

The model comes with a drive, I like that, few die cast cars have drivers.

Nice looking car.

It is good to have a variety.

Even after a few more trips to the store, I have been unable to secure all 6 colors.

Still I got four of them and they look great together.

 I am happy with these, I have always enjoyed road racing but I have too many hobbies now!
 

Formula 1 Car

British Racing Motors Formula 1 car, BRM P57 by Majorette.

It is a copy of the first car that Majorette ever made, 60 years ago.

Majorette cars were not well distributed in the US and so I have only a tiny few in my collection.

These appeared at Wal-Mart recently and I was able to pick of four of the six colors.

These are a good opponent for my Hot Wheels Lotus cars that now come in three different markings.

So this seasons Formula 1 series should be great.

A nice sturdy, well made model, with nice wheels.
 

Majorette Race Car

Here are some more Majorette race cars.

The back of the card.  There is an empty box inside the blister pack and the car on top.  They are packaged very well, sturdy.

The white care is number 22.

There are six of these, all the same except for the paint color.

I kept the little box, I don't know why since I don't usually.

Here is the powder blue one.

Race Car

Majorette makes die cast cars like Matchbox or Hot Wheels.

The legal stuff.

It is their 60th anniversary and they are making these little race cars to celebrate.

Very nice tread on the tires.

The lines on the car are very clean.

I like that they include a driver.

Underside is not detailed but I don't care about thatm.
