
In the years before WWII the US Army wanted an anti-aircraft gun to cover the air space between the .50 caliber machine gun and the 3 inch and 90mm guns.

They came up with the 37mm anti-aircraft gun.

No one actually makes one in HO scale.

So I use this one from Tootsietoy, in metal.

It's a 40 year old toy and not really a scale model as such, but it works okay with my 1/72nd scale troops.
