UFOs

The space station notifies command of two UFOs sighted.

One yellow and one blue.

Not of this Earth.

Moving toward Earth at a high rate of speed.

Looks like trajectory will take them off the east coast of the USA.
 

Space Station Warning

Yes, the battle in the town has ended the robots are defeated.

Meanwhile in orbit above the Earth...

The space station radar picks up something.

Confirmed with visual observation.

Better signal command we see something up here!
 

Center Holds, Left Flank Advances

 

Mutual destruction!

More tanks are hit, but not as many tanks are hit as robots!

The ground war is winding up.

More tanks from the left flank join the battle and defeat the robots.

In the center the battle was hard fought but they did not break and allowed the left flank to move up.

Looks like it's about over.

Tripod Robot

One three legged monster robot seemed to be everywhere.

Tank fire whizzed all around him.  Clean misses, others hit his companions but he was unscathed.

Tanks were held up firing at other targets.

One intrepid bazooka team of three men moved up on the monster.

Who would fire first?

Whoosh, and then bang, and the three legged terror was no more!
