Planes

These little planes are once again available in stores.

I have been buying them and repainting them as Bf-109 miniature planes for WWII Stargate use for some time now.

This color scheme is pretty nice with Batgirl.

Still, it is probably going to be repainted.

Atomic Cannon

I get Rust-Oleum from Wal Mart, it's very good quality paint and not very expensive.

I like the Deep Forest Green, it's very much like Olive Drab.

I am painting my scratch built atomic cannon.

I think the paint is doing a good job of coverage, despite a rather windy day.

I like how this turned out, but I may make a few changes...

DR Doom Castle

I brushed on primer paint, but I will also use spray paint over the whole missile.  I want a smooth look overall and the second spray paint covering will give me that.

I printed out a few posters for the DR Doom castle.  The project is nearing completion but will still take about another month of on again off again work.

DR Doom Castle

This is one of the tower roofs for the DR Doom castle.

I am gluing them together and using these clips to hold the parts together while the glue dries.

I am using white glue for some of the gluing.

And Goo for some of the gluing.  I found the white glue useless, and resorted to all Goo.
