This blue and white marble looking thing is a bit of plastic with glue on the back designed to be used as a wall covering, sort of a peel and stick wallpaper.
This little bit of acrylic plastic sheet, like the wall paper is from Dollar Tree.
This plastic is tile from Evergreen Plastic. I cut the acrylic rectangle into a square the size of the outer edge of the white tile.
Then I cut a square of wall paper the size of the white plastic, using the outer edge of the plastic as a straight edge.
Next, I cut out the inside of the blue wallpaper using the white plastic as a straight edge guide for my X-Acto knife.
Then the square of acrylic got painted a glossy red.
