They look SO good with the decals. I may have to try something like this with a few Disney planes.
ReplyDeleteThank you reston, I am surprised how well they turned out. They do need some hole filling on the underside. There is a "cape" on the canopy that has to be removed. There is a smile under the engine that I trimmed down and sort of painted around to minimize it, I kept it rather than fill it in, and consider it to be an air vent.

You could also add a few stubby bits of sprue to the smile and call it a gunport. Though I suppose it doesn't really clear the prop.
