A small base guarding the approaches to an important and highly populated part of the great spiral arm.
The first bugs have been spotted and everyone has to standby for a raid.
Once the bugs are established you have to nuke them from orbit.
It's the only way to be sure.
But in the beginning of an infestation, sometime a few quick, strong raids can wipe them out.
What is that base you have?
ReplyDeleteThe base is a cheapo Hong Kong type toyset sold at maybe K-Bee toys perhaps 20 years ago. They did a space one and an ocean one; they were very similar.
