Supply wagons and a horse patrol enter the position of a howitzer battery.
Supplies are being stockpiled for the coming defense of this location.
The fluid nature of the combat has required an anti-tank gun to defend the artillery.
The guns are ready to fire but without much ammo it does not make a difference.
