Figure Conversions


The guy on the left will become a flag waver. Not all conversions are difficult.



The man on the left has had the flag cut off and his head swapped so he is looking ahead rather than to the left.



The man on the left has had his arm removed and replaced with an arm with a cane from a Prieser set.



Woman on the right has a new head and the small bag removed.



The seated woman has a new head from a Prieser set.


The figures are from Dapol, all in 1/72nd scale.

    The Dapol ones are old Airfix OO railway figures , Bunkermeister , except the Airfix ones had square bases . Good conversions .

    I have heard that about the Dapol range but never saw them with the square base. Strange they would change the bases but not even fix the one guy with the incomplete hand!
